Florida Low Income Housing Associates is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit housing corporation existing since 1989. Our mission is to provide, create, and preserve low cost affordable housing to residents of Florida while providing the opportunity for a better way of life for all low and very low income families. The mission of Florida Low Income Housing Associates is to create new and preserve existing affordable housing with the use of financing from Local, State and Federal sources as well as utilizing grants and Public donations. Within the mission of our non-profit is the desire to provide the vehicles for Public/Private Partnerships in the production of affordable housing to create a better lifestyle for our low and very low income families in rural Florida.
