FLIHA has completed six rental projects in St. Augustine, Bowling Green, Lecanto, Inverness, Big Pine Key and Ocala bringing our total rental units to 410. We commenced construction on 50 more rental units beginning in early 2009 located in Crystal River, Florida. We are in the process of acquiring over 600 additional units throughout the state of Florida which will offer over 1,000 new housing opportunities for income eligible families in the state of Florida.
